A certificate of submission of documents is different from a certificate of proper management.\u00a0 It is a document indicating that the new Israeli amutah<\/em> has its initial affairs in order and is operating activities.\u00a0 It is useful as it can be used to apply to be recognized as a \u201cpublic institution\u201d by Israeli tax authorities.<\/p>\n

How to Obtain a Certificate of Submission of Documents for Israeli Nonprofit Organizations<\/h4>\n

After a new Israeli nonprofit organization (new Israeli amutah<\/em>) has established the three mandatory institutions, submitted relevant documents, given the necessary information about establishing the organization to the Registrar of Amutot<\/em>, opened a bank account and has begun activities, it can apply for a certificate of submission of documents.<\/p>\n
